Q: Do your web prices include VAT?
All prices on our website include VAT (IVA) currently at 18%. There are no hidden extras as you check out.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfers and Credit/Debit cards via our secure payment service from Cajamar Servired. By entering your card details at the check out stage you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected (including VAT if applicable) and delivery costs. Clients wishing to make payment via bank transfer will be sent our bank details via email to complete the transaction. Goods will not be sent until the balance is available as cleared funds in our account. Please note that any banking charges must be paid by the sender. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card or account. Náutica Directa reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent
Q: What about credit card security?
Náutica Directa use the Servired Network as our secure payment processors. All transactions take place on Secure Servers and Náutica Directa have no access to credit card numbers submitted at the check out stage.
Q: What is the expected delivery time of my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. Should there be an additional delay beyond this period, we will notify you by email, advising you of the expected delivery date, and offer you a full refund should this not be to your satisfaction.
Q: Why do we take payment at time of order?
This is primarily to reduce the incidence of fraud and detection of fraud which enables us to keep our prices keen. You are entitled to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Q: Can I return goods for a refund?
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 15 days of receiving the product, by contacting us on our Contact Us page or by emailing, to obtain authorisation. Any returned items must me in an unused condition and include all original packing materials. Please include your order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case the full price paid will be refunded. The return postage costs must be paid in full before returning the item.
Q: Why are prices different in your store to the website?
Online sales are a cheaper route to market than retail floor space. Our store is based in a premium Spanish marina offering a convenient shop to locals and cruising yachtsmen. Selling online reduces our costs and allows us to pass these savings on to you, our customer.
Q: When I register with your site, how is my data used?
Your data is private. We never pass your details on to third parties. We do not hold credit card information on our server, this is processed securely by the bank. Your email and address details are retained to enable faster check out on future orders.
