If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund.

Returns must be received by us within 15 days of delivery to qualify for our returns policy.

Please contact us for a returns number before sending your item(s). We will email you with instructions of how and where to send your item(s)

Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-removed labels and packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note that materials cut from rolls or drums for your convenience, such as rope, cable or hose will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund timescales may vary dependent on your card issuer, so please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your account.

You will be refunded for the item in full however, initial postage costs are non refundable. We are not responsible for the postage costs of returns unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

All items purchased from Náutica Directa carry the manufacturers warranty. If they fail within the manufacturers specified period they will be repaired or replaced.

We strongly recommend when returning items, you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in transit and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.
